Enchanting boat engagement on Lake Como
One of our most cherished experiences was photographing Armin’s proposal to Adrianna at the stunning Villa del Balbianello. The atmosphere was nothing short of romantic, accentuated by a scenic boat ride on a classic wooden boat.
The proposal: a memorable experience
It was a sunny afternoon at Villa del Balbianello. Armin and Adrianna reached the villa by boat, walked in the gardens and reached the Loggia.
Adrianna wore a green silk dress by Zimmerman, which flowed beautifully, enhancing her graceful presence. The color complemented the natural surroundings, and its elegant design added a touch of refinement to the occasion. She paired her dress with Gucci gold sandals, which not only elevated her outfit but also added a hint of glamour.
Armin opted for a classic tailored suit, which exuded confidence and elegance. His choice of attire was perfect for the romantic setting, allowing him to match Adrianna’s refined look while standing out as the one making the proposal.
With Adrianna blissfully unaware of what was about to unfold, he gently guided her under the arches. In that intimate moment, he shared heartfelt words about their journey together, expressing his love and admiration for her.
Then, with a mix of excitement and nervousness, Armin knelt down on one knee, pulling out a stunning ring that sparkled in the fading light. The moment felt suspended in time as he asked Adrianna to be his forever. Her eyes widened in surprise and joy, and tears of happiness filled her gaze as she nodded enthusiastically, saying yes to a lifetime of love.
For us this moment was not just about the proposal; it was about crafting a narrative filled with emotion and beauty. Capturing the emotional reaction of a couple during a proposal is a delicate art that requires both anticipation and genuine connection.
The celebration: a romantic voyage
After a photo session in the gardens of the Villa del Balbianello, the boat pick us up and we started a romantic voyage.
On the boat Armin and Adrianna savored Ca’ del Bosco wine paired with luscious strawberries dipped in chocolate, creating an intimate setting that perfectly complemented the couple’s elegance.
Their smiles were infectious, lighting up the scene as they shared playful glances and tender touches. The warmth of their connection was palpable, creating an atmosphere rich with love and excitement.
