Engagement at Villa Monastero
Austin and Lynslee came from New York to Lake Como for a trip and Lynslee didn’t expect what happened at the end of the trip.
Austin contacted us months before for a surprise proposal at Villa Monastero. He planned to propose between the columns. But he told to Lynsey that we would make a couple shooting together, nothing special.
On a Sunday morning we took the boat from Bellagio to Varenna, hiding everything. We talked about our lives, our hobbies and our passion for photography. Lynslee is a cinematographer, with a big passion for film photography.

We hired Matt as our photographer and on the day of we were able to add his wonderful wife Grace as our videographer last minute. They are both wonderful to work with and helped with making us feel as comfortable as possible during the shoot. They both have an amazing vision and eye for the best angles of photos, not to mention their turn around time is quicker than expected. I wish I could afford to fly these two out to the US to film and shoot our wedding – that is how much we loved working with them!
